We are expanding the following service offerings:

➡ Basic Service Visits
We are preparing mobile service coverage in Czechia / Poland / Germany / Austria to enable faster responses to customers’ technical needs.

➡ Post-Warranty Repairs and Valve Overhauls
In 2026, we will expand our offerings to include post-warranty overhauls, comprehensive diagnostics of valve condition, and recommendations for continued operation.

➡ Response Time Within 48 Hours
We already provide a first response to service requests within two business days.

➡ Support for Claims Handling
We are strengthening communication, technical assessments, and administrative support to shorten claim resolution times and increase transparency throughout the process.

Service Visits – Fast and Efficient

If a problem occurs in your production line, such as a valve actuator failure, quick action is required. Our service technician will first assist you remotely, attempting to resolve the issue immediately via phone or online support. If the problem cannot be solved remotely, the technician will travel directly to your site.

On-site, the technician performs diagnostics, identifies the exact cause of the fault, and carries out repairs or actuator replacement – all without stopping the entire line, only working on the affected section of the pipeline. Production continues, giving you confidence that your valves are in the hands of an expert ready to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently.

Led by Quality Manager Martin Fiala and His New Team

Martin Fiala, head of the quality team, brings many years of experience as an international consultant in quality, process management, and certifications. He has implemented new processes and reorganized the department. Together with his new colleagues with corporate experience, he is establishing systematic measures and strengthening quality control. The shared goal is even more reliable products and higher customer satisfaction.
